Developer Marketing Lead

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to drive Fluence adoption with the global developer community. Being a technical marketing leader, you will be responsible for growing user base, packaging Fluence technologies (Aqua language, Marine Wasm runtime) and promoting them to potential users. You will join the team of highly passionate individuals that work closely with the open source community to enable internet innovation via p2p technology.

What you will do:

• Plan and execute the developer audience engagement strategy
• Oversee all developer content marketing: blog posts, website, newsletters, screencasts, video
• Define and implement a roadmap of events, online and offline hackathons, contests, workshops and conferences
• Promote, share, and celebrate stories about how developers are using Fluence
• Plan and execute campaigns (no target ads) that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis
• Talk daily to users, be an expert in the competition landscape, and advocate for Fluence and projects using it

What we’re looking for:

• Technical marketing leader with experience of building developer communities as a Founder, Developer Relations, or similar role
• Experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Data-oriented and analytical approach to building communities
• Strong software development background
• Great writing skills
• Crypto-native and up-to-date with latest developments in the space
• Self-starter focused on outcomes

Bonus points:

• Experience with blockchain technology and Web 3
• Experience with PR, media, tech reporting
• Experience in participating in DAOs
